Domestic Orders (Australia Only)

POMS offers Express Post shipping on all domestic orders for a $10 fee.

We will endeavour to deliver your order within 2 working days. However depending on when your order is processed and your location, your order may be delivered to you within 24 hours.

All orders sent within Australia will be sent out using Australia Post via the Express Post network. Express post guarantees delivery the next business day for all metropolitan areas in Australia. For regional areas, delivery can take up to 2 business days. Your signature is be requested upon delivery.

Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours pending credit verification. At peak times there may be delivery delays and our Customer Service will keep you informed.

International Orders

POMS offers International Pack & Track on all International orders for a $25 fee.

Orders will be sent out using Registered International Air Mail. Delivery of your order may take 3-14 days. Partial tracking is provided, however you will need to contact Customer Service to obtain further tracking information.

Orders received by 9am AEST on a business day and pending credit verification, will be dispatched on that business day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours pending credit verification. At peak times there may be delivery delays and our Customer Service will keep you informed.

You may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order and you will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival.

All currency is in Australian Dollars.

 

Returns

Poms accepts refund or exchange on items that have not been worn or damaged and are in their original packaging.

The product must have been purchased within 48 hours for change of mind.

The product must have been purchased within 6 months for replacement or refund due to fault.

You must notify POMS by email at [email protected] with:

— A reason for exchange or refund.
— A 'proof of purchase' which can be either email confirmation from the online store of bank statement.

Following a response from POMS, please return the item.

Items must be sent by a trackable method, an Australia Post Express Post bag is recommended, please ensure the item is securely packaged in protective wrapping and clearly addressed. Any items further damaged during transit will not be accepted, please take care when posting.

For International Returns please mark 'Returned Goods' to ensure the items do not incur customs duties and taxes.

Replacements are only possible if the item is available.

If an exchange is offered and the price differs, POMS will refund the difference or request payment prior to sending the new item.

Refunds are made through PayPal, this will be processed as soon as the items have been received, however, please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the time for you account to be credited.

Please note that returns cannot be made from a POMS stockist. Please visit the stockist the item was purchased from and follow their Returns Policy.
